The bistro is an ok place to eat in the Snowbird lodge. The menu is small and the food is good, but many dishes including the tomato soup are spicy. The beef dishes(2) were both good but small and the mushroom risotto was very good. Chicken was also very good. Portions for every dish were small and prices are outrageous across the board. Some of us left hungry, even after having dessert. Unfortunately, in the Snowbird valley, there is not much choice for dinner.

There are a couple tables by the window you can probably see the fireworks. in the bar area there are a couple of smaller tables that you definitely can see the fireworks often times we'll watch them from the pool right outside the bistro.
